All bookings must be made through our website or by direct contact. By completing a booking, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. - Prices
All prices are fixed and include taxes, tolls, and standard fees unless otherwise stated. Any additional services requested may be charged separately. - Payment
Payment can be made online or directly to the driver, depending on the selected option during booking. - Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full. - Delays and Flight Monitoring
We monitor flight arrivals for airport pickups. In case of delays, your driver will adjust the pickup time accordingly at no extra cost. - Waiting Time
For airport transfers, we provide up to 60 minutes of free waiting time after landing. Additional waiting time may be charged. - Luggage Responsibility
Passengers are responsible for selecting the appropriate vehicle based on the number of passengers and luggage. GoCreteTaxi is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect booking details. - Responsible Use
